Ethel’s Mentioned in Fortune Magazine

The April 2014 issue of Fortune magazine featured an article on Whole Foods Detroit. Ethel’s Edibles gluten free baking company began a partnership with Whole Foods in midtown Detroit last year. The Detroit location opened on June 5, 2013. Ethel’s began using fruit without sulfites, cage-free eggs, and hormone-free dairy in all products. Read the entire article here.
